Shipping Fees

Sev Philippou Shop offers the following shipping options:

 

Within Australia:

-Standard $8.99 

-Express $12.99

 

International and Rest of World:

-Standard $14.99

-Express $19.99

 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $55

 

Shipping Times

Most orders are shipped via AusPost within 3-7 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard orders within Australia, and 10-15 business days for standard orders outside of Australia and International delivery.

This does not include time spent at customs and border inspection facilities etc. 

 

We make every attempt to deliver your merchandise as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly.

During the holidays, please place your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to ensure timely delivery. 

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. 

In the event custom fees are not paid and result in a return to sender, we hold no responsibility and do not resend packages or issue refunds.

 

Required Signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. 

After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to the Sev Philippou Shop. 

 

Authority to Leave

You can choose authority to leave or special instructions for delivery at checkout. This is at your own risk and Sev Philippou Shop is not responsible for any items damaged or missing as a result of your request. 

 

Email Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. 

AusPost will provide you with automatic tracking emails containing your tracking number which will be sent to the email address you provided in your contact information with your order from www.sevphilippou.com. 

If you believe you have not received your automatic tracking email from AusPost, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders before contacting the Sev Philippou Support Team. 

For orders outside of Australia, you will not receive tracking emails from AusPost until your parcel has cleared customs. This process can take some time, please be patient. 

All information regarding tracking numbers and estimated shipping times are automatically provided by AusPost.
