Refund policy
Returns
Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please report any missing, damaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to the Sev Philippou Support Team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept any returns on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer or any item that is not in its original condition.
Merchandise including hats, beanies, posters, swimwear, undergarments and other novelty items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Items purchased with the use of discount codes are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, the Sev Philippou Support Team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is completed.
Shipping and other charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 2-3 weeks, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Discounted items
Only full priced items may be refunded. Items purchased with use of discount codes cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you are approved, you will be issued a refund.
If you want a different size or color or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.

If you wish to return items you are responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount returned.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
